No Picture On Screen
- CHECK CABLE CONNECTIONS: Make sure securely plugged in on all ends.
- Power off MNTV box (power button) > Wait 30 seconds> Power back ON.
- Make sure the input setting you've selected on your TV Settings matches the input that the cable is connected to on your TV.
- Replace the HDMI cable.
TROUBLESHOOTING WITH DISTRIBUTION AMP
- Connect MNTV via HDMI to a single 1080p-capable TV
- Change resolution to 720p in Settings > Display
- Then connect back to your store's display configuration
IF THIS DOES NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE*
- Connect MNTV to a single TV via HDMI
- Make sure TV Settings set to correct input.
*If receive picture here, there is likely a problem with the distribution amp/converter box itself, or its cables.
TROUBLESHOOTING WITH HDMI>COMPONENT or HDMI>COAX CONVERTER BOXES
- Make sure “View HD” HDMI>Component converter switches on back are set to the appropriate HDMI input, YpBpR, Audio is on 2Ch.
- Unplug power from your Converter box, power off/unplug MNTV, wait 30 seconds, plug in Converter box
(be sure power indicator light is on), then plug back in/power on MNTV.
NOTE: Can take up to 60 seconds for picture to show back up.
