If connected via HMDI: Using the Remote, at the top turn up the volume keys. You should see volume level on screen rise.
Sometimes these remotes get placed in drawers and the volume levels get pushed down. Remotes are RF-based and work up to 30 feet without being pointed directly at machine.

Replace HDMI or distribution cables
If connected via mini RCA in the front of the machine: Check cable connections to make sure they are secure, or replace the cable.
