Box Not Updating:

1. MUST BE CONNECTED TO INTERNET so first determine internet connectivity

Use Remote that came with machine, Menu button, Settings > About

  • CONNECTED: if you see valid IP address like 192.168. or 10.1
  • NOT CONNECTED: If N/A, no IP address, or invalid IP address 169.1.
    (Contact your IT Department if you see 169.1. IP address)

2. HOW TO UPDATE ONCE CONNECTED TO INTERNET:

  • Using the remote, access System Settings, select Media Content Update.
  • A download screen should appear and the issue should be resolved. If not, contact us
